TROX Active Beams supplied to QQT

ACS have completed the supply of over 3200 number TROX DID642 active chilled beams to this high-profile project, located adjacent to Sydney’s picturesque Circular Quay.

The limited ceiling void and areas with acutely angled walls necessitated some innovative chilled beam designs.

The chilled beam system was tested for performance and occupant comfort during 4-weeks of project-specific testing at TROX Malaysia chilled beam test facilities. The results demonstrated that an excellent indoor climate is provided , and validated a PMV well within +/- 0.5 and a PPD well below 10%
