ACS has successfully designed and supplied over 540 metres of custom-engineered FabricAir ducting for Spencer Street Outlets in Melbourne’s CBD, resolving long-standing comfort issues caused by ineffective air distribution from high-level sheet metal ductwork.

The system was specifically engineered to deliver the right airflow and comfort conditions across retail areas, walkways and the food court, ensuring occupants benefit from more consistent temperatures and improved indoor air quality.

In addition to enhanced comfort, the lightweight fabric system provided faster installation, easier maintenance and reduced site disruption.

From design to delivery, the complete solution was supplied within just 5 weeks.
