ACS has been awarded the supply of the TROX Lab Control solution for the Monash Health Pharmacy Sterile Store Upgrade in Victoria. The solution includes a TVRK Air Terminal with Universal Controller, designed to meet the project’s stringent air change rate (ACH) and room pressurisation requirements.

Unlike the originally specified Venturi valve system, which relies solely on Building Management System (BMS) inputs, the TROX solution operates as a standalone control system. By utilising real-time data from a room pressure transmitter, the system continuously modulates return airflow to maintain precise room pressure conditions and compliance requirements.

The TROX Universal Controller also features native BACnet/IP communication, eliminating the need for additional gateways. This simplifies BMS integration, reduces installation complexity, and delivers a more cost-effective solution for the project.
