Having supplied more than 3200 TROX active chilled beams to this striking project in Sydney’s CBD, the building has received two highly prestigious international awards; World Building of the Year 2022, and World’s Best Skyscraper 2022. The tenants occupying this highly desirable address may be aware of the innovative construction technique employed—where much of the original concrete structure was retained to reduce the environmental impact of demolition – however we’d like to think they are less aware of the chilled beams operating overhead, discretely delivering an environment that is ‘just right’ for productive work.
