The New Sydney Fish Market has selected a lightweight FabricAir anti-microbial polyester diffusion system, supplied by ACS, to provide ventilation and space conditioning to their landmark new building. Zone-specific flow analysis was conducted to ensure optimal conditions for the visitors, vendors, and produce on sale. Furthermore, the FabricAir products are offered with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), to assist the facility in achieving its sustainability targets.
The Monodraught HVR Zero APX system has been selected for the new Covenant Christian College in Gordon ACT. This latest-generation ‘one-box’ hybrid ventilation system offers a low-energy, low-maintenance natural ventilation solution that’s ideal for Australian classrooms, where indoor air quality and thermal comfort are key.

ACS has completed the supply of 3200 pieces of Carat radiant passive chilled beams to the prestigious 1 Elizabeth Street project in Sydney’s Martin Place. Having proven to deliver excellent thermal comfort during extensive laboratory project testing, the Carat beams attained EPD accreditation and were supplied Carbon Neutral.

ACS is thrilled to have received orders for the supply of TROX Active Chilled Beams (ACB) for two significant projects being constructed in Sydney CBD; 55 Pitt Street and Harbourside. The German-designed and Malaysia-produced TROX DID642 ACB used on both projects is easily the most popular product of its type operating in Australia today.
ACS has completed 6-weeks of project-specific testing at Lindab’s thermal assessment laboratories in Denmark to the satisfaction of the design team. The testing proved the efficacy of the Carat Radiant Passive beam design to deliver excellent thermal comfort where space temperatures exceed 25oC, and that the product is also perfect for providing heating where required.
Having supplied more than 3200 TROX active chilled beams to this striking project in Sydney’s CBD, the building has received two highly prestigious international awards; World Building of the Year 2022, and World’s Best Skyscraper 2022. The tenants occupying this highly desirable address may be aware of the innovative construction technique employed—where much of the original concrete structure was retained to reduce the environmental impact of demolition – however we’d like to think they are less aware of the chilled beams operating overhead, discretely delivering an environment that is ‘just right’ for productive work.
